Responsibilities:
Setup and Calibration: Set up and calibrate electronic systems according to schematics, diagrams, and technical manuals.
Troubleshooting and Repairs: Diagnose and repair issues in electronic equipment, including PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers), to ensure optimal performance.
Routine Maintenance: Conduct regular service checks and perform preventive maintenance to avoid equipment failures.
Communication: Collaborate with operators, engineers, and inspectors to understand issues, provide updates on progress, and ensure clear communication throughout the repair process.
Safety Training: Provide demonstrations on the safe use, operation, and maintenance of electronic equipment to ensure adherence to safety protocols.
Parts Management: Order or fabricate necessary parts to complete repairs and maintenance efficiently.
