responsibilities:

  • Perform tasks to identify Safety Critical Items and document hazards within systems.

  • Review product systems, support equipment, and facilities to establish safety requirements.

  • Develop safety documents to support customer and operational requirements.

  • Participate in accident investigations to identify causes and corrective actions.

  • Conduct audits of operational areas and report on the effectiveness of the System Safety program.

  • Perform safety program management tasks, including progress reports and tracking schedules.
Skills:

  • strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office.

  • Ability to work with limited supervision.

  • Knowledge of System Safety fundamentals.
Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field.

  • At least 5 years of System Safety experience.
