The Opportunity:The College Programs Recruitment & Admissions Team is an integral partner to MLT's Career Prep Program which is an 18-month leadership development program that equips undergraduates to gain career-accelerating skills not taught in classrooms, cultivate personal clarity and connect with top employers for potential internships and full-time roles. Traditionally, 90%+ of Career Prep Fellows secure full-time offers by graduation. The College Programs Recruitment & Admissions Team leads recruitment efforts for Career Prep and is critical to the success of the program. We are in search of an experienced campus recruiter to support the current state design of MLT's undergraduate recruitment strategy, processes, policies and related fellow programs. In this role, you will bring your experience in developing and implementing innovative, best-in-class campus recruitment strategies to support a team of recruiters including but not limited to conducting research and gathering data to reflect opportunities, best practices, insights, and learnings which will inform the continued growth of the Career Prep program.The ideal candidate has a desire to work for a mission-driven organization and has proven experience in recruiting undergraduate students, is able to build trusted relationships with candidates, community/business partners and executive management, inspire others, promote accountability and client-oriented thinking. This position reports to the Director of College Programs Recruitment and Admissions. This is a remote position, with a preference for candidates based in the New York, NY area.
