Requirements Gathering and Analysis:Lead requirements gathering efforts, conduct workshops, and collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and challenges.
Business Process Mapping:Analyze and map out existing business processes, identifying opportunities for process improvements and the application of IT and data science solutions.
User Story Development:Create comprehensive and detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria, ensuring they align with business objectives and user needs.
Data Analysis and Modeling:Analyze complex data sets, perform data modeling, and recommend data-driven solutions to address business challenges.
Solution Design:Collaborate with architects, developers, and administrators to design effective IT and Data Science solutions that meet business requirements and align with best practices.
Stakeholder Management:Effectively manage relationships with business stakeholders, keeping them informed about project progress and managing expectations.

Required Skills Candidates applying for this role should possess the following qualifications and skills:
Business Analysis Experience:Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong track record of delivering successful projects.
Requirements Elicitation:Proven ability to elicit and document complex business requirements, using a variety of techniques such as interviews, workshops, and surveys.
Business Process Analysis:Experience in analyzing and optimizing business processes, streamlining workflows, and suggesting process improvements.
Data Analysis and Modeling:Proficiency in data analysis, data modeling, and data-driven decision-making.
Stakeholder Management:Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Scrum Master / Project Management:Understanding of scrum and project management methodologies and the ability to lead and manage project-related activities.
Jira Experience:Experience using Jira and other Atlassian tools for agile project management.
Additional Preferred Skills Candidates with the following skills and experience will be given preference:
Agile Methodology:Familiarity with Agile development practices and experience in working within Agile project environments.
Business Intelligence (BI) Skills:Knowledge of business intelligence tools and concepts to support data-driven decision-making.
Process Automation:Understanding of process automation and the application development process.
Change Management:Experience in change management and assisting business users in adopting new processes and technologies.
