We're looking for a Service Manager to join our team and operations at our Sunriver Pub in Sunriver.

Service Manager - Position Summary:

We are looking for a Manager to join us for a fun and exciting summer. This position is a seasonal position that could turn into something more permanent for the right individual. We are looking for someone with leadership skills and customer service experience. This will be a face paced and energetic position. Shifts will be 8 hours in length and require lots of physical activity. This position is intended to support our pub wherever needed at the time. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to break into management or someone who has some management experience and looking to break into the food service industry.

Service Manager - Major Areas of Responsibility:
  • Supporting all positions within pub
  • daily cash accounting responsibilities
  • schedule adherence and productivity of all employees
  • maintaining and encouraging a positive work experience
  • All other duties as assigned.
Service Manager - Job Requirements & Skills:
  • ability to stand, walk and hustle for 8 hours at a time (of course there will be breaks)
  • People skills are a must, for both the patrons and the people you lead
  • computer proficiency
  • professional communication skills
  • a high set of personal and professional standards
