Account Manager Our client is seeking a highly skilled Account Manager with a strong background in the food service industry to join their dynamic team. This position is ideal for a results-driven professional looking to make a significant impact within a fast-paced environment. The role involves managing key client relationships and driving business growth through strategic account planning and execution. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a remote work arrangement, allowing for flexibility and convenience. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in the food service sector, ensuring client satisfaction and retention. Analyze customer needs and market trends to recommend tailored solutions that enhance client success and profitability. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives. Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits while fostering long-term relationships with clients. Prepare regular reports on account status, including sales results and market conditions, to inform management strategies. Identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment. Manage and solve conflicts with clients, acting as the liaison between key customers and internal teams. Stay current with industry trends, market activities, and competitors to maintain a competitive edge. Qualifications: Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, or relevant role in the food service industry. Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization. Solid experience with CRM software and MS Office (particularly MS Excel). Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs. Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail. Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities. Strong verbal and written communication skills. BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field. Availability to travel as needed within the territory. Pay Range: $120,000.00 - $125,000.00 Annually. This is a fully remote role and can be performed from an approved location.
