Job Description

The Business Development/Customer Success Manager is responsible for managing the Renewals Team. The CSM will be tasked with creating KPIs, training, and development plans; creating proposals and formulating RFP responses for government clients; and continuing the saturation of existing government clients for continual use of the clients IT products.

Hard Skills

+ 5+ years of IT Business Development experience, ideally in the federal or GovCon industry

+ 5+ years of experience writing proposals for renewals, licenses, contracts or similar documents

+ Experience leading and managing a team

+ Bachelors Degree

+ Clearable

+ Strong writing and speaking skills

+ Understanding of client purchasing processes
