Description:As the Quality Assurance Testing Lead for Client's S4 project, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and readiness of production applications and databases. Your responsibilities will span across coordinating testing efforts, creating and executing test scenarios, and providing leadership in testing strategies and methodologies.RESPONSIBILITIES:Collaborate closely with Project Managers and Solution Managers to understand and document testing requirements.Coordinate with onshore and offshore team members to ensure smooth execution of testing tasks.Estimate testing resources based on project complexity and duration.Analyze the testability of project requirements and develop comprehensive test strategies.Lead the creation of test cases, both automated and manual, ensuring thorough coverage of requirements.Plan and execute regression testing and stress/load testing.Develop and maintain test environment and test data plans.Lead kickoff meetings and actively participate in project meetings, providing valuable insights.Monitor and report on various aspects of testing progress, including schedule adherence and test case execution.Assess the quality and maturity level of test processes, recommending and implementing best practices.Resolve issues related to testing preparation, quality, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.Conduct post-project defect analysis to identify areas for improvement.Define guidelines for testability of requirements and lead review sessions to implement best practices.Design test communication plans to ensure effective dissemination of testing-related information.REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Finance, or related field. 6+ years of experience in software quality assurance and testing.1+ years of experience as a Test Lead or similar role.Experience with testing in SAP environments, preferably in the SAP S4 environment.Proficiency in creating cross-platform manual and automated test plans and test cases.Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems.Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.Demonstrated experience in QA processes, test frameworks, and test design strategies.Knowledgeable in Change Management frameworks and methodologies.PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:Hands-on experience in automation testing using tools like Mircofocus UFT/ALM.Experience with Agile methodology and DevOps practices.Technical understanding of cloud applications, web services, and APIs.Familiarity with software development methodologies/processes such as Waterfall and Shift-Left approach.Experience in mobility testing and exposure to cloud mobile solutions.Education: Bachelors Degree
