Our Opportunity: Restaurant Brands International is looking for a Manager, Business Development (CYC) to join our Burger King North America Franchising & Business Development Team based in Miami, FL. The Manager, Business Development (CYC) supports the effort to grow the North American Burger King footprint specifically through our new “Crown your Career” recruiting platform. Roles and Responsibilities: Key team member helping build a new platform and process for recruiting, onboarding, and maintaining relationships with new Burger King franchisees. Work closely with business unit leaders in developing and executing business development strategy for long-term growth of the Burger King brand. Attract the highest quality prospective franchisees through new ‘grass roots’ recruiting sourcing paths, conferences, and partnerships. Build and lead financial models for diligence and deal structuring for prospective franchisees. Conduct due diligence on prospective candidates and partners. Directly negotiate agreements with prospective franchisees. Develop and deliver presentations to executive level leadership. 3 to 5 travel trips per year depending on business demand. Required Skills: Growth and entrepreneurial mindset with a great attitude and personality. Undergraduate Bachelor’s degree. 3-5 years of experience. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving and project management skills. Excel and financial modeling skills. PowerPoint and presentation structuring skills. Ability to collaborate with different departments. Honesty, high integrity, personal accountability, and a passion for the brand's success.
