In the Role:
* Maintain knowledge of department operations, equipment, systems, and software to fulfill service requirements
* Train and guide team members on processes
* Discover enhancement opportunities and implement changes
* Provide distribution and courier services
* Assist management in project development and maintenance
* Prepare and/or sort documents, processing documents as needed and provide courier service utilizing company equipment and vehicles
* Perform activities to assist with basic record-keeping requirements such as spreadsheets and log updates
* Develop skills to perform quality assurance activities
* Maintain appropriate position documentation
* Perform all other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
* High School Diploma or GED
* 3-5 years experience in document management
* Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
* Valid Driver's license
* Ability to lift 40 pounds
