Our client is seeking a Collections Specialist to join their team. As a Collections Specialist, you will be part of the Debt Collection Team for an Evansville, IN. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of Collections experience, good phone etiquette, and problem solving skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

 

Job Title: Collections Specialist

Location: Evansville, IN

Pay Range: $18/hr plus commision bonuses

 

What’s the Job?

  • Track overdue accounts and ensure timely follow up to secure payment
  • Contact clients via phone to negotiate payment plans
  • Document all collections activities, payment agreements, and client interactions
  • Address and resolve any issues related to billing and payments with clients

 

What’s Needed?

  • 2 years of Collections Experience required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Able to handle disputes and develop solutions for account recovery
