We are seeking a Site Manager to lead MacIntyre Wind Farm (Warwick, Queensland) overseeing operations, safety, and stakeholder relations. The MacIntyre Wind Farm will be the biggest in the southern hemisphere, with a total capacity of 1,026MW. So, if you're ready for a rewarding challenge, we want to hear from you

Job Description Manage all aspects of wind farm operations, including safety, compliance, and environmental concerns.

Manage contracting relationship with an onsite service provider who will operate and maintain the wind turbines.

Cultivate a positive Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) culture on site, providing daily leadership in this area.

Oversee the transition from construction to operational phase, ensuring a seamless handover.

Plan and execute all necessary operations and maintenance activities, ensuring timely completion within budget.

Optimise production and revenue generation from the wind farm while monitoring performance against key indicators.

Required Skills and Competencies Hold a relevant qualification in Business or Engineering disciplines.

Have experience as a site manager or operational leader, showcasing strong leadership skills.

Possess a sound understanding of mechanical and electrical plant equipment, communications, and control systems as related to energy generation assets.

Demonstrate experience in supervising subcontractors and external service providers.

Excel in relationship management, with the ability to manage multiple internal and external stakeholders effectively.
