Essential Functions

  • The Global Product Manager is a leader in the Digital Solutions business unit who, along with the Director and VP, will drive digital product strategy across multiple segments and platforms.
  • Drives the strategic direction of the product portfolio and be chiefly responsible for implementation of the strategy to drive revenue, margin and growth goals.
  • Supervises and manages PMs and Sr. PMs in the execution of their goals and assignments. Assigns works, ensures training and continuous learning, and conducts regular reviews.
  • In coordination with Innovation Team and BU leader, set vision for annual roadmap for product revisions/upgrades and new product introductions.
  • Develops business cases with target audiences, market sizing, and revenue forecasts.
  • Oversees the creation of annual product plans, including go-to-market strategy, pricing, and marketing direction; Perform competitive analysis.
  • Provides product leadership from introduction through obsolescence, evaluates new technologies, articulates issues, and makes clear recommendations.
  • Oversees pricing strategy and product positioning methodologies.
  • Creates and delivers formal presentations and conducts group discussions on products for a broad range of audiences.
  • Ensures that the voice of the customer, user and professions drive the product visioning, creation, and management process.
  • Identifies and negotiates partnerships and license with 3rd-parties, including content partnerships and vendor solutions.
  • Leads the product management team in product positioning, messaging, introduction, maintenance, and/or obsolescence of features, media or delivery types, products, and services.
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business management, computer science, information management or other related field
  • Product Management experience managing a portfolio of customer-facing products worth at least $10 million in annual revenue.
  • 8+ years of experience in product management, software product development/new product development from 0 to 1.
  • Minimum of two years of management experience, leading other product managers and assessing their performance.
  • Familiarity with pricing methods and strategies for digital products.
  • Experience successfully negotiating license agreements.
  • Agile software development experience
  • SaaS experience
  • Strong understanding of the process of software engineering and UI design, plus a passion for being the voice of the customer, users and professionals served in the product creation and management process.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • Exceptional presentation skills
  • Enthusiasm for developing global products for mobility industries.
  • Financial acumen: ability to consume, create and interpret P&Ls
  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Requires strong diplomacy skills to drive alignment between competing business needs and objectives.
  • MS Office proficient
  • Travel to 30% to meet with customers, users, attend trade shows and conferences.

  • Master's Degree
  • User experience-centered (UX) product development experience
