We are searching for an Events Associate who will serve as a central node for Embarc Collective’s community events across the topics of technology, entrepreneurship, and innovation. The Events Associate will report to Embarc Collective’s Senior Events Associate and be responsible for liaising with internal facilities staff and partner organizations to assist in coordinating 200+ annual meetups, events, and conferences held in our award-winning 32,000-square-foot hub in downtown Tampa. Your core role and responsibilities will include: Assist the Senior Events Associate in owning the planning and execution of our 200+ events annually organized by Embarc Collective and its external partner organizations Liaise with Embarc Collective event host partners to ensure their outlined needs and expectations are met when coordinating events in the facility Create a clear and consistent communication cadence with Embarc Collective’s facilities team to assist with the coordination and production of events The schedule for this role will primarily be Monday through Friday, with daytime and evening hours and occasional weekends required.
