RESPONSIBILITIES • Perform financial analysis of real estate properties utilizing our industry-leading technology and prepare financial reports • Work with banks and borrowers in relation to mortgage brokerage • Gain and update job knowledge to remain informed about novelty in the field • Drive process improvement and policy development initiatives that impact the function

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS • Exceptional organizational and communication skills both verbal and written • Passion about enterprise technology, finance, and real estate • Pro-active and goal-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and the motivation to develop your career • Exceptional interpersonal skills – can communicate fluidly both externally and internally with founders, engineers, product managers, etc • Tremendous follow-through • An entrepreneurial and persuasive spirit • Proficient in spreadsheets, databases, MS Office, and financial software applications • Completed or pursuing a BA/BS or equivalent in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field • Ideal for recent college graduates • 1-2 years of relevant financial experience preferred

Job Type: Full-time
