Our client, Champion Builders, has been in business for 35 years and is one of the leading General Commercial Contractors in NEPA, serving a territory within 1 hour of Kingston, PA.

On behalf of Champion Builders, we are looking for an experienced Commercial Construction Foreman/Superintendent to join the team and become part of the Champion family This is a direct hire, full time (40 hours/week and 12 months/year) position.

Responsibilities:
  • Run jobs in the field and oversee carpentry crews and subcontractors.
  • Work with management and be responsible for running small to large size commercial projects from start to finish.
Pay / Benefits:
  • Starting hourly rate of $30/hour; higher rates will be offered to candidates with direct experience matching position requirements.

Experience and Skills
Qualifications:
  • Must have 5+ years of commercial construction experience.
  • Must be able to read and understand blueprints.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Valid DL and clean driving record.

  • Excellent communication skills.
