Position Summary:

As the

Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

of Ag Express Electronics, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial strategy and planning of the organization. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will play a critical role in shaping the company's financial direction and driving its long-term success. This position requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of driving financial performance and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Strategy and Planning Develop and implement strategic financial plans aligned with organizational goals. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to drive informed decision-making.

Optimize Capital Utilization Lead initiatives to optimize capital utilization and maximize return on investment. Evaluate investment opportunities, including mergers and acquisitions, to drive growth and enhance shareholder value.

Financial Reporting and Compliance Ensure accurate and transparent financial reporting in compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards. Implement robust financial controls and processes to mitigate risk and safeguard company assets.

Cultivate Financial Discipline Foster a culture of financial discipline and accountability throughout the organization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for cost optimization and efficiency improvement.

Strategic Leadership Serve as a key member of the executive team, contributing to strategic decision-making and shaping the company's overall direction. Provide insightful financial analysis and guidance to support business initiatives and drive performance improvement.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred. Proven experience as a CFO or senior financial executive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a track record of building high-performing teams. Experience in the technology or manufacturing sector preferred. Demonstrated ability to drive results and achieve financial targets in a rapidly evolving industry landscape.

Physical Requirements: Seated Position:

Ability to remain in a seated position for extended periods of time, with the capacity to alternate between sitting and standing as necessary. Communication:

Skill in exchanging accurate information with customers, co-workers, vendors, etc., utilizing verbal, written, and electronic communication methods. Desk Work:

Comfort with prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer to perform administrative and operational tasks. Lifting Limitation:

Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally as part of job responsibilities.
