JOB SUMMARY The Activities Director is a key part of our facility. Some of the job responsibilities may include but are not limited to: A flexible schedule; this position requires some weekends and evenings. Responsible for running activities, creating flyers and other materials, shopping for supplies, assisting with calendar preparation, and other duties. Leading scheduled activities programs that inspire spiritual, cognitive, social, physical and creative expressions. Organizing, planning and implementation of programs and opportunities that promote resident well-being. Enthusiastically promote and communicate programs and events to residents and families. Passionately motivate and serve residents of varying cognitive and physical abilities.
