Use, support, and build Business Intelligence (BI) tools to facilitate data analysis and reporting. Conduct comprehensive data research to support product development and improvements. Monitor and enhance data quality and accuracy across all product offerings. Work closely with the development team to ensure accurate implementation of requirements. Develop and maintain detailed product documentation and specifications. Conduct regular reviews and updates of product features to align with industry standards and client needs.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Analytics, or a related field. 2-4 years of experience in product management with a strong focus on analytics. Proven experience in the employee benefits and insurance brokerage industry. In-depth knowledge and experience with DOL 5500 information. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.

Location and Work Environment: This position is based in Nashville, TN. The role requires in-office presence several days a week to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
