Lead troubleshooting efforts and analysis for product performance issues. Propose design improvements for new and existing products. Test Equipment Design:

Design and specify test equipment for use in the production process. Software Development:

Assist in developing embedded and application software necessary for the operation and testing of developed products. Vendor Management:

Evaluate and coordinate with vendors to ensure the delivery of required products and services. Oversee the execution of contracts with outsourced vendors. Project Management:

Ensure that technical and project outcomes align with established engineering principles and practices. Manage projects of moderate size and technical complexity to meet cost, quality, performance, and schedule requirements. What We’re Looking For Technical Expertise:

Strong background in electronic system design and development, with proficiency in using tools like OrCad or equivalent. Analytical Skills:

Advanced skills in modeling, analysis, and simulation of electronic systems. Leadership and Mentorship:
