Account Management, Customer Service rep needed quickly. Troubleshooting with tech support side helpful.

Excellent company to work for.

Tech support for products, resolving client concerns, maintain records, and paperwork. Customer contact by phone, email, and sometimes in-person. Expertise in software uploads, using/explaining "apps", writing technical instructions/manuals, software install/usage. Help maintain we-based database and update management.

Proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook. Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Company will train on their procedures.

$29-32/hr Client offers excellent benefits. Seniority level
