IT Help Desk with Customer Service experience direct calls to clients

IT Help Desk Technical - Account Management - Customer Service rep needed quickly. Troubleshooting with tech support side. Client sales high tech products and they need a person to work with Clients (Account Management), Sales and act as help desk rep.
Excellent company to work for.
- Tech support for products, resolving client concerns, maintain records, and paperwork.
- Customer contact by phone, email, and sometimes in-person. Expertise in software uploads, using/explaining "apps", writing technical instructions/manuals, software install/usage.
- Help maintain web-based database and update management.
Proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook. Strong written and verbal communication skills.

$29-32/hr. Monday through Friday, 8:30 to 5pm. On-site in Newbury Park.
