The

Integration Services Manager

will lead the project resources and project management to implement software application/system requirements of prioritized business and IT projects for business functional areas
A Day in the Life:
Responsible for the end-to-end delivery of Integration services and for ensuring that these meet the requirements of the Business
Able to understand complex technical information and communicates effectively at all levels to both technical and non-technical audiences
Deliver operational excellence by planning, organizing, and managing staff and overall operations

to ensure the stable and secure operation of Daikin Applieds IT functions pertaining to business functional areas.
Support business activity by providing project resources and project management to implement

the requirements of prioritized business and IT projects.
Build and develop a high performing team that meets or exceeds client expectations.
Manage the day-to-day operation and support of Business functional areas.

In conjunction with the IT leadership, design and implement short-term strategic plans to ensure IT functions for business functional areas meets existing and future requirements.
Participate in the development of overall IT strategies in collaboration with IT Leadership.

What you will Bring:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related (Masters preferred)
At least 5 years Integration experience
Experience with Salesforce or Oracle preferred
