Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day administrative operations, including office management, scheduling, and record-keeping. Develop and implement efficient administrative processes and procedures to enhance productivity and organization. Assist with budget preparation, monitoring, and financial reporting. Manage accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and other financial Work closely with the Head of School and Board of Trustees on financial planning and management. Coordinate staff hiring, onboarding, and training processes. Manage employee benefits administration, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies. Support performance management and professional development initiatives. Oversee maintenance and management of school facilities and grounds. Coordinate repairs, renovations, and cleaning services. Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols. Serve as a point of contact for parents, staff, and external stakeholders. Assist with communication initiatives, including newsletters, website updates, and social media. Foster positive relationships with parents and the broader school community. Organize and support school events, meetings, and special projects. Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, catering, and event promotion. Desired Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. Master's degree preferred. 3-5+ years of experience in a similar role.
