SENIOR FINANCIAL ANALYST MIAMI FLORIDA HYBRID WORK SCHEDULE - MUST BE IN THE MIAMI AREA IN OFFICE WEEKLY EXCELLENT SALARY + BENEFITS

Responsibilities: Financial Analysis and Reporting : Conduct detailed financial analysis and prepare comprehensive reports to support decision-making processes. Budgeting and Forecasting : Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models to predict future financial performance. Variance Analysis : Analyze financial variances and provide insights on deviations from budgets and forecasts. Performance Monitoring : Monitor financial performance by tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and identifying trends and areas for improvement. Strategic Planning : Collaborate with senior management to develop long-term strategic plans and financial strategies. Cost Analysis : Evaluate cost structures and identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvement. Investment Analysis : Assess investment opportunities and provide recommendations based on thorough financial analysis. Compliance and Risk Management : Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards; assess and manage financial risks. Stakeholder Communication : Present financial findings and recommendations to stakeholders, including executives and board members. Process Improvement : Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial operations and reporting.

Qualifications : Education : Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred. Experience : Minimum of 5+ years of experience in financial analysis or a similar role. Technical Skills : Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting; advanced Excel skills; experience with financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion). Analytical Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data. Attention to Detail : High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Communication Skills : Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly. Interpersonal Skills : Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Independence and Initiative : Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Preferred Qualifications: Certifications : CFA, CMA, or similar financial certifications. Industry Experience : Experience in a specific industry such as technology, healthcare, or manufacturing. Advanced Tools : Familiarity with advanced financial analysis tools and software.
