MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS * Bachelor's Degree * Master's Degree preferred. * Epic Certifications required. * Minimum of 10 years of experience, preferably in healthcare or healthcare-related organization * 3-4 years of experience in a leadership role in hospital and/or physician revenue cycle billing * Strong understanding of the core functions and processes of the billing office * Understanding of revenue cycle management or experience with billing operations * Direct experience managing hospital and/or professional billing accounts receivables. * Experience leading large teams of individuals and the ability to manage staff effectively. * Strong communication and organizational skills * Past success with large-scale projects such as other software implementations, building projects, or other key initiatives * Able to logically examine, and interpret information from different sources to determine a problem's cause and developing a course of action to resolve the problem and to prevent its recurrence * Ability to gain trust and establish effective relationships with team members * Ability to persevere in difficult situations, overcome obstacles, and reach high levels of performance when faced with stressful work situations and time pressures.
