A leading Geodata SaaS firm, requires a Customer Success Manager in Houston. The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for helping ensure that the firm's customers achieves the maximum value from their license that they have purchased and ultimately has a successful renewal. The company's clients are typically within the oil and gas, investment banking, and buyside industries.

Recently founded, my client has quickly developed a global portfolio of clients across supermajors, E&Ps, national oil companies, investment banks and governments. They combine the latest machine learning and AI technology, supported by deep industry expertise, to provide market solutions. Great opportunity to have a major impact in my client's growth plans.

Required Experience:

  • Customer Success Management or Account Management experience within an energy saas, geodata or related industry
  • Experience in presenting product-based training to customers on both a one-to-one and group basis.
  • Utilizing provided sales enablement tools, as well as provided sales reporting and CRM platforms
  • Providing feedback and suggestions on product enhancement/new product ideas
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a high energy, fast-paced environment
  • Geoscience or Geophysics background ideal.
