**Job Description**

You will be leading a software development team, which is focused on software and algorithm development based on common System and Software architecture for Driver Assist (ADAS) and autonomous driving (AD) products within BOSCH.

*Here are some of things you will be working on:*

* Hires and staffs the team in consultation with Product Owner, relevant experts, team representatives

* Accountable for the team competence, which includes coaching and development of technical or social competencies of team members as well as driving their individual career development

* Establishes and supports efficient workflows in accordance with defined methods & processes, inside the team and across all teams in collaboration with the program leadership team

* Fosters self organization and self-responsibility, continuous efficiency improvement including quality, and responsibility for commitments of the team

* Protects the team from outside interference and ensures team internal fair-play

* Ensures availability of committed/required resources/competencies and takes care of impediment removal (e.g. technical/social barriers, working environment)

* Organizing and facilitating administrative activities

Travel Expectation: 5 - 10% Domestic and International

**Qualifications**

**Basic Qualifications:**

* Bachelor's degree

* 3+ years of experience managing software product development teams

**Preferred Qualifications:**

* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Computer Engineering (or related/equivalent degree)

* ADAS domain experience

* Extensive experience in leading an agile software development team, broad

knowledge in embedded software development

* Experienced in software design and architecture, experience with state-of-the-art software development methods like test driven development and continuous integration

* Personality: interculturally open, communicatively committed, reliable, structured, goals-oriented

* German speaking is a plus
