Identity & Access Management Engineer
SUMMARY : The Boyd Group is looking for an IAM Engineer. You will be responsible for the support, design, development and deployment of centralized identity and access management (IAM) solutions for the enterprise. This includes but is not limited to the areas of identity, access, privileged access, SSO federation and SaaS / PaaS cloud technologies.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES MANAGEMENT
Provide expert knowledge and act as a subject matter expert on key principles of (IAM) with an in-depth knowledge in the areas of authentication and authorization systems, identity lifecycle management, and identity governance.
Be a change agent and lead the architecture and design of identity solutions for the enterprise in a complex environment with a blend of legacy and innovation platforms
Evaluate, recommend and implement IAM and PAM solutions to continually improve Identity workflow and security.
Engineer and support privileged access management for secure use of privileged identities across the enterprise.
Authorization and account
creation/Management/Provisioning
in various applications
Help develop policies, documentation and support operational procedures around IAM.
Drive standards and support implementations with integrations to and from third party directories.
Provide infrastructure and solutions that provide optimal and secure
single-sign-on experiences to employees, contractors and consumers.
Support infrastructure, hardware, software, system performance and technology integration.
Full administration and ownership of certificates and key management platforms.
WORK QUALITY
Ensure that the values, objectives and quality standards of the Company are achieved/met.
Work across IT teams to deliver IAM best practices for on premise and cloud based solutions for employees, contractors, vendors and customers
Work with application owners to integrate and onboard application security and application roles with centralized IAM directories.
Work with the broader enterprise IT security, risk, and compliance teams to interpret policies and standards, ensuring they are properly followed by new and existing IAM solutions
WORK EFFICIENCY Have excellent verbal and written skills.
Ability to handle multiple complex projects simultaneous with overlapping deadlines.
Work within a change control environment to effectively communicate, document, and implement change.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration problems.
Lead and/or execute daily, weekly, and monthly support activities.
Demonstrate a proven track record managing enterprise IAM solutions in a complex organizational environment with over 10,000 users.
SAFETY
Ensure that all injuries are immediately documented and called in to Human Resources Department.
Participate in on-going safety training.
Ensure that work areas are kept clean and safe and that employees operate under safe working conditions.
Comply with any safety directives when working in production environments.
COMPANY EXPECTATIONS

Maintain a good rapport with all employees of Gerber.
Take responsibility in your area of employment with Gerber for reporting, making recommendations and correcting situations adverse to the Companys best interest.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES : Indirectly manage the work of vendors to ensure proper quality and timeliness of work.

1. Expert knowledge of IAM technologies
In-depth understanding of modern authentication solutions using SAML2.0/OAuth/OIDC
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory
4. In-depth knowledge of Identity security best practices
5. Provide scripting support in PowerShell, JavaScript and Python
Capable in all information security domains including regulatory compliance, risk assessments, controls implementations, governance frameworks and audit processes, is a plus
Ability to collaborate with high-performance teams and individuals to drive results
8. Able to integrate with cloud based IAM vendors
Demonstrated customer service oriented work ethic.
NIST and/or SOC2 experience a plus
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
+5 years related work experience required, preferred IT security
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or a related field preferred.
ITILv3 Certification or experience working in an ITIL environment preferred.
