IAA, an RB Global, Inc. company is seeking a Regional Account Sales Coordinator to join our team - the Regional Account Sales Coordinator will work remotely supporting our Local Markets. The Regional Account Sales Coordinator will provide exceptional customer service to both external and internal customers. Build and maintain strong relations with the sales team and customers, handling the administrative tasks related to the consignments. Assist customers and the sales team to resolve any issues or concerns that may arise during the consignment process. Actively work with the sales team to develop and build the territory. This position will be responsible for multiple auction locations within the assigned territory.In this Role you'll:Provide Exceptional customer service to both external and internal customers.Build and maintain strong relations with the sales team and customers, handling the administrative tasks related to the consignments.Assist customers and the sales team to resolve any issues or concerns that may arise during the consignment process.Create leads and opportunities in the internal customer management system (Salesforce).Assist Territory Managers when needing a new provider set up (W9 and SPID Request).Review Presale Detail to ensure vehicle listings are up to date and accurate on our online platform.Contact customers on sales day communicating the bid amounts and actively working to get these negotiated between Seller and Buyer.Coordinate and work with the Branch to ensure processes are meeting customer expectations to include but not limited to - Check in and Set for Sale.Complete assigned responsibilities with a disciplined and systematic approach to tasks, coupled with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities, demands and timelines.Actively work with the sales team to develop and build the territory.Position will be responsible for multiple auction locations within the assigned territory.Here's what you bring:Excellent customer service skillsExperience in Sales or Customer support or inside sales experienceUnderstanding of Auto Auction industry would be a plusStrong oral and written communication skillsStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to have strong relationships at all levels inside and outside the companyStrong customer management skillsAbility to operate successfully in a rapidly changing, fast paced environmentExcellent time management and organizational skillsSelf-motivated, tenacious, capable of working independently to achieve goalsWilling to dig-in and continually learn new things and build a knowledge baseTeam player with a problem-solving mindset who proactively works with other people to ensure customer needs are met.Proficient with general office productivity tools such as Microsoft Office (Work, Excel and PowerPoint).
