Medical Company has a temp opening for a Credentialing Specialist in Detroit. Responsible for all functions relating to the credentialing and re-credentialing of practitioner applicants. Data entry, date collection and verification for credentials from primary source. Verification for medical staff and allied health professionals initial appointments, provisional reviews, reappointments and privilege delineation. Acts as a liaison between facilities and the CCS. Two or more years of Prime Source Credentialing experience. Must have one or more years of hospital credentialing experience. Must be proficient with using MDStaff Credentialing Software.
