Our client seeks a highly skilled and motivated Tax Compliance Manager to join their team. In this role, you will oversee all company tax compliance and reporting aspects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely filing of tax returns and compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations.

This role is located in Morristown, PA. Responsibilities: Manage the preparation and filing of all federal, state, and local tax returns, including income tax, sales and use tax, property tax, and other tax filings. Ensure compliance with all tax laws and regulations, including monitoring and interpreting changes in tax legislation and implementing necessary changes to the company's tax compliance processes. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather necessary information and documentation for tax return preparation. Review and analyze tax returns and related documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness. Develop and implement tax planning strategies to optimize the company's tax position and minimize tax liabilities. Coordinate and manage audits and inquiries from tax authorities, including gathering and providing requested documentation and information. Assist in implementing and maintaining tax software and systems to streamline tax compliance processes. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of tax compliance processes and procedures. Provide guidance and support to internal teams on tax-related matters. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA certification is strongly preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax compliance, preferably in a corporate environment. Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations. Experience with tax planning and strategy development. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient in tax software and Microsoft Office applications. Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment. Compensation : $103,900 to $140,250 + performance-related bonus Full Benefits
