HR Coordinator Job Details
- Oversee the daily operations of HR systems transactions, ensuring the consistent application of HR policies, procedures, and practices.
- Conduct research, organize, and maintain all paper and electronic documentation supporting system changes and employment verifications.
- Audit and clarify necessary process steps to ensure completion for all levels of business area leadership and HR/Auditing/Budgeting staff.
- Manage dedicated phone lines and provide education to internal and external customers about recruitment efforts and processes.
- Generate reports and resolve errors related to positions and employee information.
- Support and coordinate recruitment events and initiatives.
- Create and maintain all employee files and records.
