Job Description How You’ll Make an Impact: The Client Associate will be responsible for driving significant revenue growth and expanding Epsilon's client base. Reporting directly to the Director, Client Management, this role will involve cultivating strong relationships with existing and potential clients, identifying new business opportunities, and closing deals that align with Epsilon's strategic objectives. As a Client Associate, you will play a pivotal role in developing and delivering customized sales presentations that address client pain points and help them achieve their marketing goals. By leveraging Epsilon's suite of solutions, you will create win-win scenarios that demonstrate the value we can bring to their business. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing existing client relationships, ensuring their satisfaction with Epsilon's products and services. This will involve proactively addressing their needs, anticipating their future requirements, and providing exceptional customer service. What You’ll Achieve: Develop and deliver customized sales presentations that address client pain points and help them achieve their goals. Secure new contracts by effectively negotiating and closing deals with clients. Become a trusted advisor to your clients, managing their accounts and ensuring they're satisfied with Epsilon's solutions. Develop your skills in consultative selling, strategic planning, and data analysis. Who You Are: A self-motivated and results-oriented sales professional with 3+ years of experience. A multi-disciplined marketer with expertise across various marketing channels (online, direct mail, etc.). A strong negotiator with excellent communication skills, comfortable interacting at all levels within an organization. A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment. An analytical thinker with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and compelling sales stories. A digital marketing enthusiast, well-versed in digital advertising and AdTech solutions.
