Adecco Medical and Science is hiring an **Associate Patient Care Coordinator** in **Denton, TX** . This role will be onsite. Please see below and apply with an updated resume for consideration. **Type:** Three-month contract with opportunity for extension or full-time offer **Hours:** 8AM - 5PM Monday - Friday **Pay:** $19.00 per hour **Specific Duties:** · Greets and welcomes patient in person · Collects demographic and insurance information · Checks in or interviews patient to complete appropriate paperwork · Directs patient to their appointment or procedure · May assist in scheduling add-on appointments · Verifies eligibility and benefits information for payers and interprets results · Obtains signatures from patients as needed · Collects co-pay or deductibles and respond to questions regarding financial assistance programs available. Refers complex questions as needed · Uses resources, tools, and procedures to complete accounts in assigned work queues · Assists patient in completion of request for information forms and submits to appropriate department · May gather medical record information from all departments for collection · You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in. **Education/Requirements:** · 6+ months of customer service experience in an office environment · Intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft Office products · Intermediate level of proficiency with computers (dual monitors, navigating between multiple programs, etc.) · Ability to work 40 hours per week 8 am to 5pm · Must be 18 years or older · All TB blood test, MMR, Varicella, Hep B titers, respirator medical clearance required. **Preferred Qualifications:** · Insurance experience · Revenue Cycle Experience · General office experience · Primary Care experience **Why Work For Adecco?** · Excellent Weekly Pay discussed during screening · 401(k) Plan · Skills Training · Excellent medical, dental, and vision benefits Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
