About the Role
The Company is seeking a Remote Director of Distribution Sales with a strong background in the solar industry to lead and expand its global market presence. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing market trends, defining regional business strategies, and managing channel expansion and dealer networks. This role requires a hands-on approach to help the company achieve a leading market share in the distribution solar market, maintain the brand image, and develop supporting strategies in digital, logistics, marketing, and branding. The Director will also be tasked with formulating annual objectives, managing a high-quality sales team, and leading contract negotiations for key global accounts.Applicants should have at least 5 years of experience in market development and sales management, with a minimum of 3 years in a senior management role. Experience in renewable energy sales, particularly in distributed solar energy, photovoltaic modules, or inverter products, is essential. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, including customer relationship management, competitor and industry analysis, and the ability to build and lead effective sales teams. Strong communication skills, a positive work attitude, and the ability to perform under pressure are also key attributes for this position.
