*Job Title: Licensing Associate* *Location:*Owings Mills, MD *Schedule*: Monday – Friday *Shift*: 7:00 am – 3:30 PM or 8:00 am – 4:30 PM (8 hour shift with 1 hour long break) *Pay Rate*: $18-19/HR *Depending on Experience* *Position Overview:*We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Licensing Associate to join our team in Owings Mills, MD. This is an administrative role where you will manage relationships with internal and external clients, as well as independent external agencies, to facilitate the initial title and registration vehicle transaction processing. You will also resolve issues that arise in the computer system and partner with other Operations and Client Business units to ensure proper guidance, education, and updates during the title and registration process. *Employee Value Benefits:* * Career advancement opportunities. * A foot in the door with a global leader in fleet management. * Positive and diverse work culture. * Comprehensive benefits package including 401(k), vision, medical, and dental insurance. *Key Responsibilities:* * Manage relationships with internal/external clients and independent external agencies (tag agents, dealers). * Facilitate initial title and registration vehicle transaction processing. * Resolve problems that arise in the computer system. * Partner with Operations and Client Business units to provide guidance, education, and updates for the initial title and registration of units. *Qualifications:* * 1-2 years of administrative experience. * 1-3 years of experience in an office environment. * Excellent communication skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
