  • Position Overview:* We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Licensing Associate to join our team in Owings Mills, MD. This is an administrative role where you will manage relationships with internal and external clients, as well as independent external agencies, to facilitate the initial title and registration vehicle transaction processing. You will also resolve issues that arise in the computer system and partner with other Operations and Client Business units to ensure proper guidance, education, and updates during the title and registration process.

  • Key Responsibilities:*

  • Partner with Operations and Client Business units to provide guidance, education, and updates for the initial title and registration of units.
  • Qualifications:*
  • 1-2 years of administrative experience.
  • 1-3 years of experience in an office environment.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
