Key Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to traffic laws to ensure safe vehicle operation.
  • Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor with all clients, residents, and visitors.
  • Greet and welcome clients, residents, and visitors using appropriate protocols.
  • Assist with loading and unloading personal belongings as required.
  • Safely and responsibly park and retrieve vehicles.
  • Assess and document any vehicle damage prior to operation.
  • Record the parking location and the corresponding valet ticket number.
  • Communicate parking rates and retrieval procedures to clients, residents, and visitors upon arrival.
  • Report any incidents or accidents to the manager on duty immediately.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment by following established standards and procedures.
  • Complete minor cleaning or maintenance tasks as requested by management.
  • Support front-line associates during their absences as needed.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role.
  • High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of 3 years of driving experience.
  • Possession of a valid driver’s license with no restrictions or major infractions, along with the ability to present a recent driving record.
  • Basic math skills related to American currency and an understanding of time management.
  • Ability to operate both manual and automatic vehicles.
  • Fluency in English, including speaking, reading, and writing.
  • Eligibility to work legally in the United States.
  • Successful completion of background and drug screenings.
  • Compliance with immunization or health screening requirements.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating professionalism.
  • Commitment to customer service and attention to detail.
  • High level of integrity and accountability.
  • Positive attitude with a focus on growth and innovation.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
