Bringing a holistic talent-seeking mindset, this role will be critical in growing our engineering, technical and corporate teams in MN, GA, and beyond. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in shaping our teams that are at the forefront of innovating industrial automation.

Your ability to learn the technical speak and represent our organization's employer brand positively makes the sell even easier, as you are the face and first impression among candidates, enhancing our reputation as an employer of choice. When it comes to the art vs. science of recruiting, your ability to leverage various channels such as job boards, social media platforms, and networking events to source and attract top talent will be key. With a keen eye for detail, you can meticulously read between the lines on candidate profiles and resumes to identify and screen not just technical qualifications, but also cultural fit.

As a project engineering organization, details and process are what you do and your ability to juggle and adapt to changing needs helps you manage the full cycle recruiting process like a well-oiled project. From sourcing and screening to coordinating the interview process, you seamlessly deliver a positive experience for both hiring managers and candidates along the way. Requirements

Qualifications
  • US Person
  • Bachelor's degree in business, human resource management, or related field. Relevant experience in lieu of degree requirement.
  • 2-5 years of recruiting/sourcing experience and/or human resources experience
  • Minimum 2 years full lifecycle recruitment experience
  • Experience managing employer branding initiatives
  • Applied knowledge of internet search tools for sourcing such as utilization of Boolean search logic, LinkedIn, job boards, etc.
  • Thorough understanding in labor regulations (federal and state) and EEO compliance
  • Manufacturing and Engineering recruiting experience strongly preferred
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build productive relationships
  • Ability to provide accurate and actionable feedback and coaching to hiring managers
