Customer Service Representative

+ Responsible for monitoring "Customer satisfaction" and ensuring prompt action and resolution of all customer issues (Examples include taking requests for quotes, processing orders, and providing follow-up / status, to customers via telephone, fax, email, and internet portals.

+ Provide in-service support for escalated issues and works with other groups to strategize solutions for issue resolution. Investigates issues thoroughly and maintains comprehensive information pertaining to customer issues.

+ CSR strives to ensure that the company monthly booking (sales) goals are met.

+ The position requires CSRs to log a minimum of daily calls.

+ Facilitate communication between the customer and the appropriate company department such as manufacturing, planning, and quality. Communicates regularly with clients to ensure the company is meeting their expectations.

Qualifications

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills

+ Proficient in Microsoft Suite

+ Ability to work Shift: M-F 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

+ Aerospace industry is preferred but not required
