Property/Office Manager is responsible for providing clients with top-tier customer service and excellence in management services. Property Manager must demonstrate leadership and create trust with owners and tenants (both current and prospective), as well as contractors and other vendors.
REQUIREMENTS
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Local area knowledge
- Building maintenance knowledge
- Computer proficiency-Microsoft Office
- Managing Referrals across Departments
- Competency in the following:
- AppFolio
- Slack and Google Suite applications
- Managing multiple properties, Owners, and Tenants
The Property/Office Manager is highly organized with strong time management skills and an understanding of prioritization. Naturally driven to provide excellent customer service and to instill trust, the Property Manager is a natural communicator with good negotiation skills, the ability to work independently, and a professional demeanor.
Compensation: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
