**Description**

**SUMMARY:** This position is responsible for scanning documents for all Lazy Days Departments according to established processes in addition to quality controlling documents.

* Prepare and handle documents for scanning as needed and assign documents into document imaging system.

* Index documents and view for quality control into AXAPTA.

* Back up other scanning personnel.

* Assist internal and external customers.

* Open and disburse accounting mail daily.

* Attend all company required meetings.

* Additional responsibilities as requested or required.
