Control the receipt, utilization, distribution, shipment, disposal, accountability, and maintenance of supplies, materials, equipment, and other property. Conduct internal review evaluations and supply performance studies to determine efficiency of support and service. Exercise the full range of supervisory duties over subordinate administrative, clerical, and trades and craft employees. Provide contract oversight through assigned Contracting Officer Representative and Quality Assurance Evaluation staff. Review, monitor, assess proposed changes, evaluate and certify contractor performance and customer service in the installation supply and services activities. Provide technical assistance services to the contracting officer to include proposed changes and or modification in workload, mission and contract provisions, and certification of services. Provide contract requirements development and contract monitoring support; assist in developing policy, performance work statements, statements of work, and other contract documentation. Perform a variety of special logistics projects and assignments.
