Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Inventory Optimization Specialist to join our team at BlueBin. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supporting the build and implementation of our inventory two-bin system within healthcare settings.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in supply chain management, healthcare systems, and lean principles. You will work closely with our team to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

The estimated salary for this position is $20-22 per hour. Benefits include a comprehensive benefits package, opportunities for professional development, growth, and promotion.

Responsibilities:
  • Assemble and install racks and hardware accurately according to SOPs.
  • Ensure accurate labeling and efficient bin fitting for inventory.
  • Assist with system installations and provide post-installation support and training.
  • Participate in monitoring inventory levels and reporting needs for replenishment.
  • Work collaboratively with teammates and support a cooperative work environment.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
  • Previous experience in inventory management or supply chain operations is a plus.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data management tools.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to learn and apply Lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
