Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual who is fluent in both English and Spanish. The Bilingual Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing top-notch support to customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience across all interactions.

Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in both English and [second language].
  • Assist customers with product/service-related questions, concerns, and issues, striving for first-call resolution whenever possible.
  • Provide accurate information about our products/services, pricing, promotions, and policies.
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately.
  • Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately in the company's CRM system.
  • Collaborate with other team members and departments to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns have been addressed satisfactorily.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide feedback to management.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends.
  • Adhere to company guidelines and standards for professionalism, quality, and customer service excellence.
Qualifications:
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken) is required.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to actively listen and empathize with customers.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with computer systems and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
  • Positive attitude, patience, and a genuine desire to help others.
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, if needed.

Salary:
  • $21-$26 per hour
