We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Industrial/Oilfield Construction Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a comprehensive understanding of accounting principles specific to industrial and oilfield construction projects. Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting : Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for management review, including project cost tracking, budget variance analysis, and financial forecasts. Cost Analysis : Monitor project costs, analyze variances, and provide recommendations to optimize project profitability and efficiency. Budgeting and Forecasting : Assist in the development of project budgets and forecasts, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives. Job Costing : Maintain detailed job cost records, track expenses, and allocate costs to specific projects in accordance with accounting standards. Accounts Payable/Receivable : Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing, payment approvals, and collections. Compliance and Regulation : Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, industry regulations, and contractual obligations. Financial Analysis : Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis as required, providing insights and recommendations to support decision-making processes. Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA or equivalent professional certification preferred. Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting, with a focus on industrial or oilfield construction projects. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, SAP) and Microsoft Excel. Strong understanding of construction accounting principles, including job costing and revenue recognition. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. Attention to detail and accuracy.
