Overview:

Park Dental Ridges located in Burnsville, MN is seeking a compassionate, professional Patient Care Coordinator to join our team-oriented practice. As a Patient Care Coordinator you will play an important role in working with our doctor teams. You will check in patients, schedule patient appointments using a scheduling software, verify dental insurance, answer insurance and billing questions, and oversee patient account management.

Responsibilities:
Preferred Qualifications
Proficient with Microsoft Office, typing and data entry skills
Ability to multi-task in a fast-pace work environment
Professional customer service
Effective communicator and team player
Dental insurance knowledge is a plus

Work Schedule:

Monday 1:30pm-8:15pm

Tuesday 6:30am-2:15pm

Wednesday 6:30am-2:15pm

Thursday 6:30am-2:15pm

Friday 6:30am-2pm/4:15pm
