  • Creates and manages plans to ensure all fleet maintenance is up to DOT and company standards.

  • Directs the operation of fleet facilities in Henderson, NC and Newnan, Ga
  • Remains up to date on state and federal workplace safety regulations and communicates the company's safety vision.
  • Presents self as a reliable, trusted, and consistent business partner who can manage confidential, proprietary, sensitive information and various situations.
  • Solves problems and make decisions quickly whether one-one-one or in a group setting. Promptly confronts and challenges inappropriate actions or comments.

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
  • 5 to 10 years' experience as a director or senior leader in the transportation field.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Working knowledge of PCs and various business and transportation software packages.
  • Business knowledge as it relates to finance, budgets, payroll, general administration, etc.
  • Ability to solve a wide range of complex problems.
  • Ability to make recommendations for improvement in new and existing systems or procedures.
