MAXRevert back with your resume if interested at[email protected] We are looking for an Facilities Coordinator to join one of our Fortune 500 Real Estate clients.Job SummaryJob Responsibilities:Processes invoices for accuracy and ensures proper cost center coding and completion of work.Issue PO's for labor, repairs and materials. Trains vendors on billing procedures.Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence, and memos and ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding.Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and/or supervisor.Requires basic knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages.Ability to understand and carry out general instructions in standard situations. Ability to solve problems in standard situations. Requires basic analytical skills.Creates vendor files and checks accuracy on completed paperwork submitted by vendors .Uses pc and/or PDA for work order system, email, ESS and training.Assist with process and procedure training. Other duties may be assigned.No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position. Decisions made with general understanding of procedures and company policies to achieve set results and deadlines.Errors in judgment may cause short-term impact to co-workers and supervisor.Must Haves:Minimum of two years of related experience with office admin work/ front desk in a office***High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.•Admin, professional appearance, kind, open and welcoming to new tasks•Systems/Software Proficiencies: Microsoft Office Suiteo Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling.o Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence, and memos and ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding.Notes:•Does this position have the potential to convert to direct?
